ABOUT THE WORK

As for Sunset over the Stream, an entire vista of Filipino trees has been carefully depicted by the master. A luxuriant mango tree stands tall beside a grove of golden bamboo. Across the brook, a stand of unmistakable anahaw palm trees. A coconut looks newly shorn of its leaves, perhaps after a passing squall. Apart from that, the terra-cotta shores are pictures of serenity.
